Python Turtle: Turn Code into Creative Art ๐ŸŽจ

Code:

import turtle t = turtle.Turtle() t.speed(0) turtle.bgcolor("black") colors = ["red", "orange", "yellow", "lime", "cyan", "blue", "violet"] for i in range(360): t.color(colors[i % 7]) t.circle(i / 2) t.left(59) turtle.done()

Explanation:

1. Import the Turtle Library
import turtle

Imports Python's Turtle Graphics library, which provides tools for drawing shapes and patterns.

2. Create a Turtle
t = turtle.Turtle()

Creates a new Turtle object and stores it in the variable t.

3. Set Drawing Speed
t.speed(0)

Sets the Turtle's drawing speed to maximum speed. 0 means the fastest animation.

4. Set Background Color
turtle.bgcolor("black")

Changes the background of the Turtle window to black.

5. Create a Color List
colors = ["red", "orange", "yellow", "lime", "cyan", "blue", "violet"]

Creates a list containing 7 different colors that will be used for the pattern.

6. Start the Loop
for i in range(360):

Runs the loop 360 times. The value of i goes from 0 to 359.

7. Change the Color
t.color(colors[i % 7])

Selects a color from the list.

% 7 keeps the index between 0 and 6, so the colors repeat continuously.

8. Draw a Circle
t.circle(i / 2)

Draws a circle with a radius of i / 2.

As i increases, the circles gradually become larger.

9. Turn the Turtle
t.left(59)

Rotates the Turtle 59 degrees to the left after each circle.

This repeated rotation creates the spiral/flower-like pattern.

10. Finish the Program
turtle.done()
Keeps the Turtle graphics window open after the drawing is complete.
